@CapitalOne you might want to better educate your #customerservice I couldn't remember how to download my 2023 transactions for taxes and spent 30 min on the phone- they either didn't understand what I needed or just didn't know - while on hold, I poked around and found it

@jeremyjudkins_ @CapitalOne is awesome when it comes to transactions. It's like they're in the 21st century and things happen and reflect almost instantly. @usbank on the other hand... still feels like someone is up at night writing down the day's transactions in some physical log.
