@CapitalOne I paid for seat assignment on my flight and now it's showing that I have no seat assignment when I go to the airline's website. How do I get proof that I paid? It was expensive as hell for those seats, I want a refund if I can't get the seat I chose.

@CapitalOne a glitch in your online payment system ending up costing me $86 in interest charges when I pay my bill in full every month. Your customer service team did their best but their final verdict was..."too bad". You just lost a customer over $86. Well done.

@CapitalOne SUCKS. Been waiting for my new card to arrive since Dec 30. Spoke to them 10 days ago & they supposedly sent a new card in the mail. Still hasn't arrived! What's the point of a card I can't even use? Considering closing the account before even starting to use it.
