Has anyone been having problems with purchase @NintendoAmerica my son has not been able to use his debit card and after they made us call the bank NA said the only solution is to buy prepaid Nintendo cards. Are they trying to avoid credit card fees from @Chase and/or @CapitalOne

New credit card locked my account for fraud after I, myself, made 1 purchase. MY FIRST PURCHASE They require my physical SSN card to unlock it like it’s fucking 1994. Don’t have that, now I’m permanently locked out of Capital One. You’re a god damn joke, @CapitalOne

@CapitalOne Money was fraudulently taken from my account. It was clearly fraud. We always get texts to confirm purchase and did not get one. We immediately saw the charge. Locked cards. Called bank. Charges are pending so they can’t do anything. Can’t cancel.
