@Ask_Spectrum ...here it is April 30th , the day the spectrum representative told me woukd be the absolute latest for my refund to arrive . It's been over 30 days !!! What gives ? Are you all lying ? Is there no actual refund coming ? Has spectrum stolen my money ? What gives ?!
