@optimum @OptimumHelp Coming here again to complain about Optimum. My business was without internet for 5 days because the "repair" guy submitted the ticket incorrectly. Should have been fixed within 24 hrs. They thought a credit of $6.90 would make it all better. It did not

@optimum It's June 23th and my home internet is still not working and Optimum is still not fixing this problem. I never saw an internet company so unreliable and with so many problems like this one. This company is taking advantage of us.

@optimum This internet , cable and house phone company is taking advantage of us. Our internet is not working and they are not fixing it. They are very bad.

@optimum We haven't had the internet for many days. Optimum or Altice are not sending us a technician to fix this internet problem and some of the representatives are denying the internet outages instead of fixing the problems.. This is very shameful.Related Services
