@optimum Optimum is fraud. They are trying to stick me with a $18 credit for 2 weeks of no cable, 1 week of no internet, & 1 week of part time internet, that dropped every few seconds when it worked at all, that I used only because I had my and my mothers taxes to do.

I'm having trouble reconciling the SCAM @optimum just tried to make me take part in. I was told that all these years in addition to my internet we have had free basic TV. BUT If we want to WATCH that "free tv" we are required to rent a cable box for $13 a month. Go fuck yourself

@optimum I have been an @optimum customer for 5 years and have never missed a bill. Truly a disgusting experience. If you have an option in your area, and you have literally any other options for cable and internet services, don’t be us. Look elsewhere.
