@WOW_WAY Why do you make it make it only possible to upgrade your service on your web site? Apparently I have to call someone to lower my bill. That is not the sign of good company! It looks like a scam to me.
My @WOW_WAY@WOWCare Speedtest results are an excruciatingly slow 1.6 Mbps down and 1.1 Mbps up. How do your speeds compare? Am I the only one in SE Michigan with these issues?
@WOW_WAY I been on the phone with your ppl for 2 days to get this “lock” that was put on my account lifted and all they keep saying is I have to wait until yall approve it ! That makes no sense at all ! All I’m trying to do is make a payment and I can’t !
I’m seriously over these internet/cable companies ! How can I make a payment if my account just so happened to lock and won’t let me make a payment online nor over the phone ? @WOW_WAY y’all need to do better ! Especially when you don’t have offices to go into and pay !

Internet has been horrible all day in Clearwater Florida. Constant buffering, dropping connections, programs and tech support isn't helpful, running thru every helpdesk solution, similar to dart throwing after telling them nothings changed here & just reboted.…
@wesleygroovin@WOW_WAY Agreed. Been a 3-4 year customer with no major issues. However, lately about 2 weeks now outages daily for St. Pete. This is getting ridiculous. Customers are paying for your crap to work. Seriously considering switching to your competitors.
@WOWCare@WOW_WAY Why is it that my internet has more than doubled in cost since I signed up. I have been a loyal customer for years and I can't get the "deals with a guarantee of no increases" that you offer new customers. If you won't help I will be switching to @GetSpectrum
