@AmericanAir is the WORSE airline. i will never fly them again & i advise everyone i know to NEVER fly you all. this is the worst experience i have ever had. from waiting in line to check in for an HOUR , then due to the line me missing check in

My @AmericanAir account was hacked, 40k miles were redeemed for a flight I never booked. Even after canceling the ticket prior the trip, AA hasn't returned my miles. It's disappointing that I'm left dealing with the aftermath of a security breach. #CustomerService #AA

@AmericanAir travel can make a vacation end on a bad note and this is happening flight diverted in Costa Rica mechanical issues, no communication on arrival missed flight,provided voucher for hotel which was not accepted then taxi declined voucher back to airport - no concessions

@AmericanAir The handle on a checked in suitcases was broken on a flight from JFK to BOS (last leg of an international flight) on April 24, 2024. The BOS Baggage Services desk representative was dismissive, would not take a complaint as “handles are not covered.” Really, AA?

@AmericanAir Your Crew on AA2660 PHX to PDX deserves a MASSIVE round of applause and a raise. They were simply outstanding. Booting an unruly passenger was icing on the cake. He was rude and yelling at a Mom and her baby. Bravo for not taking any crap!!

Have to admit I was duped. Should have never paid extra for the @AmericanAir Executive credit card. The benefits are terrible. For ex. My wife and I are booked on same flight, her seating chart shows most of the plane empty, mine shows only middle seats.
