Today I went shopping @ZARA, who are you using as models for your clothing? I'm a 14-16, I couldn't even fit into the XL sizes. I'm not too hung up on how I look but for people who are & worry about their weight, this could send them into a downward spiral, @ZARA sort this out

@ZARA @ZARA_Care Can you help me? With transaction 469466093 (Zara Mexico reference) I returned 3 packages via Estafeta (local logistics company). I have the delivery proof, downloaded directly from the logistics company website, but still Zara Mexico refuses to reimburse.
