Hey @ZARA your Roosevelt Field store elevator is broken and my wife with an infant in our stroller canāt get down stairs to make returns. Your employees wonāt help to take the boxes / come up to do it either. So we were forced to return my mail and they lost $100 of stuff inā¦

@ZARA lost me years ago and I recently tried to give them another chance. So much for 2nd chance. Iām baffled by downward spiral of quality and customer care. Wonāt catch me again. SMH.

@zara is destined for the same downfall as @express. I tried returning an item 3 days past the window and their new policy as of January is FINAL SALE. Not even store credit. Unbelievable that a retailer of this size would do that. Ready to take my business elsewhere. #zara

@ZARA are your servers down all around the world? Cos I have waiting for past 25 mins in the queue to checkout at a store in Viviana Mall, Thane, India and I have been made stand there without any real update of whats wrong.
