Been charged by @ZARA for an item that I didn’t order or receive and now they won’t refund me. Spent days speaking to a useless chat box going round in circles and unable to get hold of a human. Awful customer service. Beware of ordering anything from them.

.@Zara Customer Service is non-existent for the customer. They are contravening UK law in refusing to issue me with a refund, and I am now taking this up with Trading Standards.
