@AbeBooks Also, it's extremely irritating that it lets you select PayPal as a payment option when you're in the cart. But when you go to check out, it removes the PayPal option.

@AbeBooks I did. It’s your policy. I was sent the wrong books and I had to pay to return them, but you will only refund me what I paid for shipping. The seller set up the shipping cost as $0. Therefore I get $0 for shipping them back. Now I have no books and I’m out the shipping cost.

@AbeBooks your shopping cart is giving a declined credit card error BUT my credit card was charged. MUST FIX ASAP and I am super frustrated that your 800 # hangs up on customers.
