Protected every UK household & kept bills well below true global price. Can't do that with imports. Consequently no *UK* oil firm enjoyed bumper profits.

@holland_barrett As an unpaid carer, I haven't got time to spend another 59 minutes on yet another phone call to H&B, only to be told that they will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. I'm still left unable to use items I ordered. Disgusting company to deal with.

@holland_barrett Yet another day wasted trying to sort out my order from last week. Why do I keep shopping online at H&B. Badly packaged, delivered to wrong address several times etc. Disgusting, having phone put down on me when I called to try to rectify the issues. Worst ever

Twenty bloody minutes to order an item on the @holland_barrett crapp. It would have been quicker to go to Brecon and buy it off the shekf - if they actually stocked that particular product any more. I thought technology was supposed to make our lives easier, not waste them.
