Hey @WOW_WAY can you please keep my internet connection for more than 30 mins at a time? I have been getting disconnected and reconnected for over 5 hours and it's making work incredibly difficult. Thanks

@WOWCare @WOW_WAY losing a 20 year customer in Michigan today! You refuse to fix your network, keep sending 3rd party techs when a maintenance tech is required. Over sold the area, internet is so laggy. Advertise 50mb upload when 10 is realistic before lagging. - Ferndale mi.

Tonight's podcast is officially cancel. I have no internet connection. Thank @WOW_WAY! Called at 2pm because it's been cutting on and off all week. Now thanks to their incapable support team i have zero connection

@WOW_WAY I need a response from someone on here. I upgraded my service in August for more internet and I have been getting charged for data overage every single month when I am not going over. I keep being promised a call back saying it's fixed and I never get a call back.Related Services
