@Verizon sucks. 16 years with this company. My son had his music lesson, I made and ate dinner, and call still hasnā€™t completed. And bill is wrong, has been for months. Letā€™s see how quick they answer when I stop auto-pay.

The moral is: if you upgrade to a new phone, watch @Verizon very carefully. I was ā€œmistakenlyā€ charged for two watches, two separate lines, an additional line for my wifeā€™s phone (apart from the one she already has), upgrade ā€œfeesā€ on everything, and $$$ of accessories we didnā€™tā€¦

Damn @Verizon is already fumbling the bag when it comes to service. Decided to switch from @Xfinity because it's awful. Asked multiple times if my appointment for a technician would be on time and was told yes every single time. Now they're gonna be 2 hrs late???
