So frustrated with @bt_uk reported fault Sunday. On 83.mums phone. Engineer today. Allegedly came and did checks but didn't knock at house. Phone still not working. Absolutely useless yet charge her a fortune. So disappointed

@bt_uk New upgrade does not work. Hub 2 does not have WAN port 4. Old ADSL only flashes purple. Tried many times. After waiting all day for installation of the upgrade this is not satisfactory.

@bt_uk Hey Lisa No confusion on my part BT is ripping me off, using any excuse to justify price hikes, while their profits soar thru the roof every quarter All I need is a phonenumber to cancel the internet And not one of those numbers that plays crap music down the line for an hour

@bt_uk I am beyond frustrated with the poor service you offer! Exceedingly slow internet for over 2 weeks, told by text this morning it had been fixed. Not so! Another painful and difficult call to BT ‘guide’ He will ‘report it for investigation’. 2 complaints raised - nothing!
