@Verizon just sent me an email saying my Apple Watch plan is going to increase by $5. First they upped my phone plan $5 each to continue to improve their network. That’s BS I pay $500 monthly already. Can’t wait to switch carriers

It’s ridiculous that @Verizon is raising their smart watch plans to $15/month ($20 with surcharges). That’s the same monthly price as a full-blown smartphone “line access fee” which is also, in and of itself, ridiculous. Looks like I’ll be canceling that plan.

@VerizonSupport @Verizon any phone any condition trade-in and I am being an outrageous amount and keep getting the phones sent back to me and the cost of the phone is added to my bill which has gotten ridiculous. Been with you for 20 years doesn’t look like it’s going to be 21.

Recently switched from @Verizon to @ATT. The savings are great but the coverage is awful. I have to pause my phone conversations in several spots on the way home because the calls always drop in certain spots.

@joshtweeterson @Verizon Similar thing happened over here. Somehow was getting charged for an additional phone number on the same device. Pointed it out and they cancelled it but said they couldn’t refund the $60 for the current month. Claimed the 2 numbers for one device was requested
