@Verizon here I am dealing with you again. After a nightmarish experience porting my number to another carrier, I'm surprised (30 days later) with an unpaid balance despite an email confirming $0 balance. I want to pay, but your website and phone attendants need improvement #fail

@MikeSievert @TMobile @TMobileHelp just got off the phone with a supervisor who threatened me about cancelling my account if I call and complain again and request a credit. What happened to #Tmobile ? I will be calling @ATT or @Verizon - they would love to have my business
