@ToddsNerdCave @Ask_Spectrum is still trying to bill my mother -who died in February- for services AFTER I went to their office with a death certificate and returned all their equipment. I could literally go with anyone else if the @FCC did the job to stop monopolies that hurt consumers.

Having net neutrality back sadly won't fix the horrible service that is @Ask_Spectrum 3 wifi booster, upgraded Internet plan, new modem & router but my wifi still drops daily in my little NYC apt. Spectrum's hold in NY is horrible, the COVID of Internet providers for real smh

I am the customer that is forced to use #Spectrum yet I have to disconnect the equipment & connect it at my new apartment I just wasted 15 min w/#Spectrum CS while he tried to upsell me so I got disgusted & hung up I want Freedom to choose my ISP.

@tdstelecom @GetSpectrum the government help as of may is gone for help with the Internet. An idea I thought of is to make an internet bundle for the poor class. With Speeds ranging from 100-300 Mbps, I feel everyone should be able to get internet with an application to qualify
