@VerizonSupport @Verizon any phone any condition trade-in and I am being an outrageous amount and keep getting the phones sent back to me and the cost of the phone is added to my bill which has gotten ridiculous. Been with you for 20 years doesnā€™t look like itā€™s going to be 21.

@Verizon @Beyonce I've been a customer for 20 years and after paying over $300 on Sunday for a phone that was supposed to be free, you are charging me an activation fee again for the same number? I will dispute the charge on my credit card as it was supposed to be a free upgrade.

Hi, has anybody received a good way to actually fix the problem of @VerizonSupport cell phones going into SOS mode repeatedly? Weā€™ve reached out several times to @Verizon and havenā€™t been able to fix it yet. Looks like an ongoing problem, based on searching ā€œSOS + Verizonā€ on X.

My dad canceled my momā€™s cellphone through @Verizon since she passed away. They told him they would send him the credit from over paying. Not only did they not do that, they just sent him another bill for her cellphone.

@verizon you have oversold capacity for you network so badly that these terrible devices work with data ONLY when Im connected to WiFi. Constantly trying to use my phone on your ā€œsuperior networkā€ only for it to just error out.
