@Verizon has by far the shittiest customer service around 7 year customer yet they send me a broken phone then charge me $299 fee FOR A PHONE THEY SENT ME DEFECTIVE!

@kidsgastrodoc @Verizon @verizon is the worst for stuff like this. We qualified for a Xbox with promotion and it took like 6 separate phone calls waisting hrs of time. Planning on switching to @TMobile
