@optimum @derekjeter The worst company ever! Not sure how you landed Jeter but if he had Optimum he would never agree to this. I literally can’t get any help! Send service people to wrong address, they can’t find account and I have no other option for wifi in my area. If you have option do not use!

I had to make my lawyer contact them directly, and they took bellport off that little scam of theirs. Now our speeds in this area don't fluctuate.

@xneotan @Dexerto @optimum @OptimumHelp lol because Optimum has always been trash they don't throttle your speed. Your connection is shared with everyone on the block which degrades your speed.
