@TPG_Telecom No... like I said... myself and my mother had enough. We are going to the HO in the city and speak to someone directly. I have wasted my time speaking to people over the phone who don't listen and won't help at all.

@TPG_Telecom I have spoken to too many people from the 22nd of March. This has gone far too long enough that it's getting frustrating. I'm going to your head office in barangaroo to speak to someone there. I don't want to speak to anyone on the phone again.

@TPG_Telecom I have just sent you a DM with all my details, it is doubtful you will resolve this today as so far 3 of your staff and hours on the phone and I am still no closer to an answer or a solution I will keep this thread updated with the outcome so people can see how bad the service is

@superloopau @TPG_Telecom I was promised that once payment was cleared a sim would be dispatched, payment was cleared the same day and yet @TPG_Telecom did nothing, 1 week later, 2 phone calls, false promises of callbacks, hours on the phone and a TIO complaint and I am no closer to getting my service

@TPG_Telecom It’s all sorted now, thank you. I was on the phone to very nice and helpful TPG staff for over an hour and got put on hold a few times. Hearing the same song repeatedly didn’t make for a great experience.

@TPG_Telecom I think my nbn modem is faulty - no Ethernet coming out of it. Trying to get thru to TPG support by phone but just on hold forever. What do I do to get this resolved?

@TPG_Telecom I just spent an hour on the phone trying to reach someone and got so frustrated I've decided to cancel. Badmouthing Optus in a bid to get their mobile customers when you're way less reliable is a cheap and dirty tactic.
