@superloopau@TPG_Telecom I was promised that once payment was cleared a sim would be dispatched, payment was cleared the same day and yet @TPG_Telecom did nothing, 1 week later, 2 phone calls, false promises of callbacks, hours on the phone and a TIO complaint and I am no closer to getting my service
