@TPG_Telecom TPG I am frustrated with you, too. Several calls, hours literally on the phone, time wasted, instructions not passed on, international call centre using ROTE stock standard replies, no thinking outside the box. Quick to inv or debit your money but no follow through

@AusBravo @iiNet @TPG_Telecom I've been with them ~15 years. Apart from their helpdesk's habit of asking for your password over the phone (not on yer nelly!), & sending you mail containing your password in plain text, they used to be generally OK. Then TPG took over, & it's been a steady slide downhill.

@TPG_Telecom Wow, TPG are quite happy to leave an over 80 yr old without a phone service, and their call centre staff without any supervisor to fall back in. Your management are cowards, hiding behind hapless staff on a network that fails to provide even a reliable phone service.

@TPG_Telecom TPG is not responding to telephone calls. Have rang 3 times today and on hold for 45mins plus each time. Internet has been down for almost a week, and their outage page is reporting all good in the street. Why would anyone sign up with these clowns??

Hi @TPG_Telecom your telephone customer support is non existent. My wife had been on hold for two hours this morning, following an aborted hour y’day. When she got put through, they immediately hung up. What is going on? We’ve been without Internet since Sat morning.
