Time Warner Cable's Spectrum Outages in Virginia Beach

I hate to shock anyone, but there’s a @GetSpectrum outage in my area. Must be another day ending in Y. Every night. At least 3 hours. About 90 hours a month. Attorney says sue them for a refund for the last several months. I’m thinking that’s the way to go. #CustomerExperience

@Ask_Spectrum I really appreciate your reply, and I’m not upset with you. It isn’t your fault that Spectrum’s only working feature is collecting my payment every month. This is nightly. It’s ridiculous. I pay for a service and it doesn’t work. It usually “gets repaired” around 6.

@Ask_Spectrum Personally I think Spectrum throttles and or turns off internet in rural areas at night to save money or improve service for more profitable areas. I mean it’s all one internet. Why is Soectrum always down but no one else is? Of course it will work fine to take my money.

@Ask_Spectrum I appreciate what you do, but you can’t make the crappy service any better. It’s not your fault. Three hours into yet another night of no service. As I said to the @GetSpectrum rep last night you obviously don’t have Spectrum Internet where you are. But they’ll certainly bill me.
