@Ask_Spectrum the fact that our WiFi has been out for four days and y’all aren’t sending a tech out until Wednesday to deal with the outage is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Do better.

@Ask_Spectrum any word on this outage in Dallas, TX? Been down 10 hours and have only received one update text and no ETR. Any time I try and reach out via phone or chat I get told I can't be helped until outage is cleared. Would be nice to get an update on it being cleared tho.
