@Ask_Spectrum You have a spectrum employee demanding 200.OO extra money or they wont fix the cable issue we are having trouble getting them to give a supervisor. Whats going on? We are paid up to date, what is this scam?

When I tell you I hate @GetSpectrum Cable service and I mean that. The customer service is trash. It's been a nightmare ever since I switched to them only because I didn't have a choice. I've had no TV for multiple days. Beyond pissed!

@Ask_Spectrum It's NOT happening. Sent 2 groups to bury cable. Already done. Canceled our installation and notified us via email. If it doesn't happen Sunday as scheduled we're done. Terrible experience.

@Ask_Spectrum why? in 20+ years of being a client, I have never had customer service able 2 fix a cable TV issue, just stuck until u fix it. we never get a credit 4 when service is out though? Guess its my fault 4 sticking with u all these years. As bad as it's getting might be time 4 change
