@GetSpectrum Whatever y do dont go spectrum horrible service for internet and then when you cancel they charge your for a full month and then try to get u to stay on the phone for an hour to cancel and then send goons to your house to creep you out and ask dumb questions just don't use them!

Are companies like @GetSpectrum taking advantage of the elderly? Yes. Set my dad up with most expensive XUMO plan after he said he knows nothing about internet. Then gave him a QR code to activate it. FYI companies- elderly aren’t tech savvy. @ABC @NBCNews @CBSNews @TODAYshow

@JBarryofOntario @tlynchjr85 @GetSpectrum Mine is 91.99 as well, internet only eels to go up by around $5 every couple months ..with the biggest jump being right after the promo period ended (which was expected ) ..but none of the smaller jumps are explained …

@Ask_Spectrum My internet drops signal multiple times an hour. You have sent 4 different techs out in one month to fix the issue with no avail. I’m told now it’s infrastructure issues…I’m switching to google fiber…
