@Ask_Spectrum Update. I just reviewed my bill and they gave me $3.59 for my inconvenience. The kicker, they randomly started charging an additional $2 on top of my bill last month. I’ll be switching to AT&T fiber for half the price this month because Spectrum is truly the spawn of Satan.

@LoriLenae1 @SportsNetLA @Dodgers Oh I spent 93 minutes on the phone Wednesday with 2 different departments, have an ongoing DM convo here with @Ask_Spectrum been sent a Xumo streaming box (which I refuse to activate) access was told to try signing in on the @MLB app... Still no access to @Dodgers programming!!

@LegendOfThaDon @GetSpectrum At the very least! So frustrating. As a matter fact, give me back my introductory rate because I know they can give me my internet for $55/month, which frankly, still cost too much for what they’re worth!

No internet all day & seems like most of Ventura County is affected. Tagging the @Ask_Spectrum expecting the same auto-bot response everyone else has gotten. No updates at all from the company. Estimated return was 7:30pm last time I checked. Y'all better credit accounts 4 this
