@Ask_Spectrum Update. I just reviewed my bill and they gave me $3.59 for my inconvenience. The kicker, they randomly started charging an additional $2 on top of my bill last month.
I’ll be switching to AT&T fiber for half the price this month because Spectrum is truly the spawn of Satan.
