@LegendOfThaDon @GetSpectrum At the very least! So frustrating. As a matter fact, give me back my introductory rate because I know they can give me my internet for $55/month, which frankly, still cost too much for what they’re worth!

No internet all day & seems like most of Ventura County is affected. Tagging the @Ask_Spectrum expecting the same auto-bot response everyone else has gotten. No updates at all from the company. Estimated return was 7:30pm last time I checked. Y'all better credit accounts 4 this

@Ask_Spectrum in Ventura county. We keep getting alarm warnings but no details. Says go to channel but doesn’t say which. Do better….not every person has access to internet to search @NWSLosAngeles

@GetSpectrum Why does my internet go down EVERY SINGLE NIGHT?!?!? We stream a couple of episodes, shut off the Roku and WHAM… no internet. If we had any other option in our area, we’d be long gone from Spectrum!
