@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Retention department is full of liars and crooks! I have been trying to disconnect TV service since September 2023 and every retention rep lies and refuses to cancel it. I'm still being charged right now despite speaking with a supervisor. Unacceptable

@POTUS Start your fee regulations on government entities, like the Department of Motor Vehicle and Municipalities that add a fee to all transactions. Next hit up @ATT & @GetSpectrum two of the biggest crooks around. bill went because they are increasing router lease cost.

@Ask_Spectrum No it will be back on in an hour or two. You all rob me every night for something we pay for. You do it everyday between 2am-3am. Your crooks. I left y'all for @Windstream then I moved out to the boonies and had no choice. A few months ago AT&T started advertising fiber. So bye.
