@Ask_Spectrum @JBarryofOntario My elderly moms went from 172 to 224 to 235 and soon will be 265….. phone internet and cable.Dropping services this week. And she doesn’t even have the fast speed. Originally, she said she really doesn’t have much to do so she wanted all that cable but now changing mind.

@tbkennedy22 @Ask_Spectrum They just charged me a $25 failed payment fee even though I updated my credit card within 30 minutes of being notified. Meanwhile I had to request a credit from them after we went 30 hours with no cable, phone, or internet recently!

Hi @Ask_Spectrum Do you guys still send out free coax cables? I need a 20 ft. RG6 coaxial quad-shield cable, male/male to run from just inside my house to my Spectrum internet modem.

@GetSpectrum It’d take a real degenerate to rely on @chartercomms for cable AND mobile connectivity. My connection has been sucking air sporadically for weeks on end now.

@jb8tedlol @NoahMKE_ @Dexerto @Ask_Spectrum Been a Charter customer for over 15 years, and ever since they merged with Time Warner Cable in 2016 their service and speeds have been absolutely abysmal. I am SO relieved that we are finally getting rid of them. It feels like breaking up and getting out of a bad relationship.

Pay close to $250 a month for cable and internet from @Ask_Spectrum, heaven forbid I miss a payment but yet they can't keep their services that I'm paying for working right on a consistent basis??? Internet will just drop randomly throughout the day and now cable is doing it too.
