@Ask_Spectrum why? in 20+ years of being a client, I have never had customer service able 2 fix a cable TV issue, just stuck until u fix it. we never get a credit 4 when service is out though? Guess its my fault 4 sticking with u all these years. As bad as it's getting might be time 4 change
