Yesterday our really old Spectrum cable DVR stopped working, and I had to slot in the replacement. Had to power-cycle it for 15s. @GetSpectrum's chatbot said: "Your Spectrum Guide and Video on Demand could take 1 hour to regenerate." They want to sell me internet over this???

Bruh. If you ever have to choose between anyone else and @GetSpectrum internet, choose anyone else. I have had the WORST time in the last 10 months. Faulty routers. Multiple outages for the wind blowing. Horrendous customer service. And costs for speeds Iā€™m never reaching.ā€¦
