@MediacomSupport There is an outage in Indiana but when support is called they claim it is home modem. Problem is speed is inconsistent. You need to replace equipment or send a tech to the hub or fix wiring on the pole. Modem was fine this morning and has no issues.

@ACAConnects @MediacomSupport @MediacomCable That’s are the worst TV and Internet provider in the south!!! If we are up 50% of the time it is way too much!!! Can’t wait to move and change providers to AT&T fiber!!!! In my new subdivision!!! Never where we ever ever use “ mediadown” NOT “mediacom”
