Yesterday our really old Spectrum cable DVR stopped working, and I had to slot in the replacement. Had to power-cycle it for 15s. @GetSpectrum's chatbot said:
"Your Spectrum Guide and Video on Demand could take 1 hour to regenerate."
They want to sell me internet over this???
