@Telstra What on earth has happened to your service? Have been to you store twice. Spoken over the phone. Was supposed to get a call with a pin number to activate a news account. Nothing has happened and you do NOT communicate.

@Telstra @jlinkt Just spoke to a client who is also unable to sign into their Microsoft 365, as the MFA code is going to their Telstra number, and the code isn't arriving on their phone. Client is based in Hume 2620
