@ausbbs is the worst company!! Over a week without internet and can never get through on the phone and they don't call you back!

@anthonypjshaw A particularly rubbish one called @ausbbs. I went with them because they were cheap and @iiNet refused to give me unlimited NBN at the same monthly price I'd been paying for unlimited ADSL2 for years. I daresay most of the others are just as bad though.

@ausbbs I was having slow internet speeds on my ausbbs fibre to the premises NBN for few days. Today, the internet just stopped working. I already tried restarting modem and all, nothing seems to fix the problem.......

@ausbbs been out all day in Aspley. Was told by support there is an outage in my area, but your outage page says all ok?

@Kaz_Live_Tweets @Soulsiii Disagree @MySkyMesh have always had awesome support and next to no downtime for me. Also my previous ISP @ausbbs was great as well.
