@Telstra I have spoken with Telstra Kingaroy in person They did not give me a replacement device. It is the same problem that keeps occurring with other Telstra devices I have had. They offered to give me a 3 G device but we know they do not work.

Why is my @Telstra 4G & 5G so slow? Whether it’s on my home internet or my phone, Download is no more than 6 & Upload 0.2. it’s just stupidly slow & @Telstra have been working the network in my area for months to upgrade it but it’s slower than ever.
