@BarefootTelecom This is taking way too long. I’ve not been told what measures are being taken to fix this. “Trying to resolve” is very open to interpretation. Not good enough!! If a tech is req to attend it may prolong this for weeks!!

@BarefootTelecom Support has not been able to resolve issue. Was told minor outage affecting A DOZEN customers in WA. No timeframe given. No idea what’s going on except no data flow. Still no internet since Xmas. This is ridiculous!!

@BarefootTelecom my nbn has been down since Xmas. Can’t see any outages recorded. Tried calling 2day but it says out of operating hours. I called at 8:35! Pls help. 6101

@BarefootTelecom @nigelwadsworth Can confirm the same thing here. Substantial drop in speed at night time. 4701 area. All internet traffic.
