@hasselljpb Yep, our landline out for months, and our mobile phone service 5h1T! But WHO cares #Telstra? 5G microwave is WONDERFUL in the cities, apparently. Our business through the floor (we're phone based). And it wasn't until complained to Minister, and daughter got on to CEO, fixed!

I have concluded no-one in #Government, or at #Telstra, REALLY gives a flying F about rural services. TWO landlines out, one for months, mobile service up the shit, but NO-ONE can be bothered fixing same. Sent a phone with mobile connectivity> POINTLESS because BOTH services f'ed

Just tried to buy a new phone at a @Telstra store. I was sent away because they’re too busy and I didn’t have an appointment. Asked to make an appointment for tomorrow which they can’t do because “walk ins only”, which is what I was in the first place. Appalling.
