@santanderukhelp hi, my partner got a notification telling her to go on to her app to authorise a payment however she hasn’t tried to purchase anything. She logged in nothing appears. Is there any reported errors about this? Thanks

@santanderukhelp He has called the bank multiple times to get money transferred to purchase a house. Hours and hours on phone with bank for past few weeks . No resolution. Will lose thousands of pounds if transfer not made by settlement date. He and my mother are breaking down over this. Help!!!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Account has been frozen for a week now because I tried to purchase a vehicle and send a payment to a legitimate dealership, who have been in operation for 40 years. I’ve been on the phone 4 times now with 4 different people all telling me they 1/3
