@lucasdrayton @AmericanExpress Sapphire Reserve hasn’t let me down. Right now it gives you Priority Pass, which is lounge access at a ton of airports and discounts at other airport restaurants. There’s a yearly fee but they also give you a travel credit. Cool other perks like DoorDash Pass and Instacart Plus.

Given that @AmericanExpress has significantly downgraded the usability of its airline club rewards (which was why I had the card to begin with) does anybody have a rewards card they love with an emphasis on travel and club comfort? Platinum Card doesn't make sense anymore

@AmericanExpress @F1 AMEX truly doesn’t care about their customers only greed. After being a customer for over 16 years, paid off the balance closed the account. Later charged me a whopping residual or termination interest that they refused to waive off. Was truly disgusted about this extortion

@jarredthegeek @AmericanExpress I think getting rid of free booze losers is the key. How many fuckin drinks they gonna have anyway? Charge more than airport bar prices for liquor. Drive the proles to drink at fuckin Applebees, where they belong.

Been dealing with an issue with @AmericanExpress for nearly a month. Talking with them 2-3x a week, finally they gave me a number to make a complaint…. it’s a NON WORKING number. Would be comical if not so aligned with how awful they are!
