Had @Chase since 2008. 16 yrs. 100% payment history, excellent credit score & they denied my request for credit increase due to student loans. You can basically be perfect & still get denied.Thanks for the loyalty @ChaseSupport. Good to know you care about your "valued customers"

Out of date that they won't fax or email the letter. Said 7 days. Its been 13 fucking days no letter. @ChaseSupport said someone would reach out to me, no one has. Called back today THEY WILL NOT EVEN SEND ME A NEW LETTER UNTIL NEXT WEEK. It is 2024 why will you not fax or email
