@chase @chasesupport blames @Experian_US, Experian blames Chase... Meanwhile nobody fixes anything. 90 days, 4-5 business days, 90 days... Just BS and lies over and over again. Consumer stands no chance when they mess up but pay your shit 1 day late and they are all over it.

Had @Chase since 2008. 16 yrs. 100% payment history, excellent credit score & they denied my request for credit increase due to student loans. You can basically be perfect & still get denied.Thanks for the loyalty @ChaseSupport. Good to know you care about your "valued customers"

Out of date that they won't fax or email the letter. Said 7 days. Its been 13 fucking days no letter. @ChaseSupport said someone would reach out to me, no one has. Called back today THEY WILL NOT EVEN SEND ME A NEW LETTER UNTIL NEXT WEEK. It is 2024 why will you not fax or email

Now I have to pay my car place 1200 fucking dollars because some Habib in India never sent the paperwork when they should have 2 years ago and now they have the customer service of a 3rd world country and will not overnight a letter even if I pay or resend one. Fuck @ChaseSupport

@Chase @chasesupport I have had two checks from my lawyer within a year same bank same names same account numbers. I understand the long hold on my first check from them, but the second is 1/3rd the size and you won't even give me 200$ of it like your site says. #disgusted
