@santanderukhelp Of course I’ve been in touch over 10 times! Called your useless call center and get spelled to like a piece of dirt! Been in to store yesterday and the manager couldn’t help as apparently they can’t speak to your pretend back office! So account still frozen and told to wait

@santanderukhelp Just logged on to my Santander account online as I haven't been sent a new card. I can't request a new card and can't tranfer any money to any of my other accounts. Just says there are technical issues.
