@santanderukhelp He has called the bank multiple times to get money transferred to purchase a house. Hours and hours on phone with bank for past few weeks . No resolution. Will lose thousands of pounds if transfer not made by settlement date. He and my mother are breaking down over this. Help!!!

@santanderukhelp The account upgraded was a single account...the second 123 account that still will not upgrade is also a single account. Both were compliant with 123 requirements.

@santanderukhelp Hey! I looked at this but it didn’t answer my question. My bank asks me if the account I’m sending to is a personal or business account. Because it’s eventually going to my CC, would I select personal?

@santanderukhelp I have not knowingly lodged a complaint, just asked why the system won't let me complete a simple procedure. Have just seen the Edge ad on TV....some bureau got paid good money for THAT?

@santanderukhelp hi. My partner is a joint holder on our mortgage and we called last Thursday (2nd) to make changes to our mortgage but have not yet received the paperwork. If I sent the mortgage account number are you able to check this change has been actioned please?
