@santanderukhelp Early?, the issue is current, the app doesn't progress from being just a Santander logo on screen

@santanderukhelp I mentioned 4 complaint numbers & umpteen calls. So yes she has! Hours on the phone to different members of staff within complaints and NO progress. No manager ever available. Promised calls back not made. Appalling.
