@santanderukhelp I'm absolutely furious, your new app is shit! What have you done to the transfer facility! Its now takes for ages. I'm in LA each time i try to transfer funds to my MONZO card it blocks me. I can't contact your help desk as reception on my phone is rubbish.

@santanderukhelp Maybe you should mention in your âswitchingâ information that the process will leave you in limbo for six days while you wait for letters that arenât generated until you call because your on-line system doesnât work properly (âglitchâ), in order to access online banking. Hopeless

@santanderukhelp after contacting the ombudsmen because of an issue, they have agreed a compensation settlement, I still havnt heard anything from Santander..

@santanderukhelp I have just spoke to a fraud agent who was condescending and patronising. How am I supposed to clear security without being able to access my accounts and you close all local branches?

@santanderukhelp Still ignoring the question of when will you bring paying in cheques for business banking via your phone ? Yet you do it for personal accounts ? Wonder who will get more cheques to pay in ? A business or your nan from Christmas once a year ?
