I see @santanderukhelp have added a carbon shaming section to their banking app. They have very kindly taken the time to calculate how much co2 I've unleashed on the planet, based on 3 of my direct debits. They didn't take into account, the 500 trees I've planted this year though

@santanderukhelp Complete failure. We have the money, server is ‘down’. Tried THREE times to make the payment. ‘Call centre’ not available. Feeble excuse for service. Never again.

@santanderukhelp I've tried multiple times. I have severe mental health issues. Phone calls are hard and everytime it's 10 minutes plus and I have to hang up. This treatment of your customers with disabilities is disgraceful. There has been no thought into how the APP downgrade would affect them

@santanderukhelp I dunno maybe enabling OTPs on the new app like the old app had? Or half the features that say "Coming Soon" like updating details? App is such a massive downgrade especially for people with mental health/disabilities.

@santanderukhelp No error message Each time I get to account details screen I’m thrown back to requesting an OTP. This morning did same procedure Put in new OTP received and I was thrown back same as yesterday.
